- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache (made from 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup semi-sweet baking chocolate)
Instructions

- Melt semi-sweet chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth; set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and eggs. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture while stirring.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
