  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Shred or dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the beef broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme until well combined.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  5. Place shredded chicken in the center of each square and spoon sauce over it.
