Description

Biscoff Blondies are an indulgent treat that harmoniously blends the caramel richness of Biscoff cookie spread with a soft, chewy blondie base.   • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and Biscoff cookie spread until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Optionally, sprinkle additional Biscoff crumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few crumbs attached. Cool before cutting into squares.
