  • 1 lb fresh skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until well blended.
  3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and lightly coat them with cornstarch.
  4. Place the salmon on the baking sheet in a single layer and drizzle half of the honey garlic sauce over them.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
  6. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the bites and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
