- 1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz large pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter and sear the steak until browned (2-3 minutes per side). Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
- Pour the heavy cream into the pot with pasta over low heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth; season with salt and pepper.
- Combine steak bites with the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat. Serve warm.
