- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, mint, garlic, onion, olive oil, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Serve the meatballs drizzled with tzatziki sauce.
