Description

Jalapeno Popper Egg Rolls are a tasty fusion of spicy jalapeños, creamy cheese, and crispy wrappers that deliver an irresistible crunch. Perfect for game days, parties, or cozy nights in, these savory bites are easy to prepare and will impress your guests or satisfy your snack cravings any day of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Fresh Jalapeños, chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 2 Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Chop jalapeños and green onions.
  2. Mix filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, and garlic powder until well blended.
  3. Wrap: Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold up the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom. Test with a small piece of wrapper—if it sizzles, it's ready.
  5. Fry: Carefully fry egg rolls until golden brown on each side (about 3 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve: Enjoy hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
