Description

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ½ inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
  3. Place a slice of pepperoni in the center of each square, top with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.
  4. Fold the corners of each square over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side.
