- 1 cup warm milk (110°F)

- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a teaspoon of sugar. Let it sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
- In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, salt, and add the yeast mixture and softened butter. Combine to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 6 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled.
