- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 1 tbsp agar-agar powder (optional for thickening)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, sear the beef in batches until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent (about 3 minutes).

- For a thicker consistency, dissolve agar-agar powder in warm water and stir in during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
