  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled feta, cream cheese, garlic powder, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Place each salmon fillet on a clean surface and spread an even layer of the spinach-feta mixture on top.
  4. Roll each fillet tightly from the thicker end and secure with toothpicks if needed.
