  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick wedges and rinse under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine softened butter, miso paste, minced garlic, and black pepper; mix until smooth.
