  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cherries (pitted and chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Add sugar and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in flour until no dry spots remain.
