- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with ½ cup granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and instant coffee granules.
- Mix in sour cream until fully incorporated.
