- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and garlic powder. Gradually add warm water and olive oil while mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until it becomes elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on parchment paper or an oiled baking sheet.
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the dough, followed by oregano.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
