- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- Hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet according to package instructions. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 1 minute on each side.
- On each tortilla, layer seasoned beef, black beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, and hot sauce.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from one end to another.
